This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no forms and no requests to third parties. The pages, styles and fonts are all served from benchtolims.com.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare’s servers handle the usual request data, such as your IP address, your browser and the time of the request, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Emails, calls and files you send
I use them only to reply, to prepare the preview or check you asked for, and to carry on that conversation. Messages and files are kept in the business mailbox (Google Workspace), and voicemails with the phone provider (Twilio). Files you send are opened on my own computer to prepare your preview or check. I may use an AI assistant (Anthropic’s Claude) on those files to build and test the preview or check, so please send test runs, not customer data. I record phone calls for my notes and say so at the start of each call; if you’d rather not be recorded, say so and I’ll stop. Recordings are transcribed on my own computer, and I use an AI assistant (Anthropic’s Claude) to turn the transcripts into call notes. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared except with the email, phone and AI services that do this work.
Where I found your details
If I contacted you first, I found your business contact details on your company’s own website, in a public business directory or listing, or on a public professional profile.
Your choices
